The World's Easiest Guacamole Dip Recipe

INGREDIENTS

4 ripe avocados

1 jar chunky medium salsa

1 bag blue corn chips

RECIPE

1. Slice open 4 avocados and remove the pit from each.
2. Scoop out the avocado from the peel (I use a jagged grapefruit spoon to get every micron of avocado).
3. Mash up the avocado in a medium-sized bowl.
4. Add chunky medium salsa in small amounts and stir with a fork until you've got a dip consistency and flavor you're happy with.
5. Pour into a festive serving bowl and serve with blue corn chips.

Serves 6-10 people depending on the other appetizer choices.

The reason this recipe is so fast and easy is ... it uses chunky medium salsa that contains all the ingredients you would have needed to make "from scratch" guacamole: onions, chili peppers, tomatoes, seasonings, etc. Plus there's no "crying" since you don't have to mince onions yourself.
